Toxic foam: NZDF unclear on ban

The Defence Force has changed tack just three days after saying it had stopped using potentially damaging firefighting foam for training at all its bases in 2016. It turns out the military did not stop in Auckland till a few months ago. And it remains unclear whether it has stopped at all in Taranaki.
