Waikeria prison revamp to be announced

The government is set to reveal its plan for Waikeria prison this afternoon. It is being told by the opposition it must build a bigger prison, or risk public safety. But the Labour-led government is adamant it's got better ideas than just locking people up. Political reporter Gia Garrick looks at the possibilities.
