Tougher rules needed to stop logging debris - environmentalist

A leading environmentalist says tougher rules are needed to stop logging operations from causing the devastation seen in Tolaga Bay at the weekend. Millions of tonnes of branches left over from logging were swept downstream in floods, causing widespread damage.
