The health needs of Maori and Pacific communities will be a key focus of a far-reaching government review of health services. And the number of District Health Boards could be slashed. David Clark is the Minister of Health. He tells Susie Ferguson it's a "once in a generation" opportunity, and says while jobs may be lost, new roles will also be created.
