Auckland Grammar revolts against NCEA exam changes

From Morning Report, 7:28 am on 30 May 2018

A revolt against suggested changes to the NCEA has begun, with Auckland Grammar School developing its own exam to replace level one of the qualification. The school expects to start offering the test in 2020, and will provide it to other schools that want it for their Year 11 students. The development comes just days after a ministerial advisory group suggested abolishing end-of-year exams at level one.
