Housing NZ putting pressure on prisons - Andrew Little

The Justice Minister Andrew Little says hundreds of people are being kept behind bars because the government's housing agency won't let them live with family in state houses. Housing New Zealand rejects this - but lawyers and Andrew Little say there is a problem and it's putting pressure on prisons. Andrew Little met the Housing Minister Phil Twyford last night. He discusses the issue with Susie Ferguson.
