Māori wards rejected in all four referendums

A campaigner pushing for Māori to have a voice on local councils is promising she won't give up the fight. Māori wards have been rejected following five binding referendums across the country. A public vote was carried out in Whakatane, Western Bay of Plenty, Manawatu, Palmerston North and Kaikoura. Te Manu Korihi reporter Te Aniwa Hurihanganui has more.
