Kim Jong-un quits North-South Korea talks

Talks today between North and South Korea have been suspended by Kim Jong-un. North Korea says it has no choice but to suspend the talks due to US-South Korean military exercises. The meeting between the two nations was due to focus on plans to implement promises to formally end the Korean War and pursue "complete denuclearization". RNZ correspondent in Washington Simon Marks talks to Susie Ferguson.
