Phil Goff's office last in council commitment survey

From Morning Report, 7:38 am on 14 May 2018

Staff in the office of Auckland's mayor Phil Goff have come last in a council-wide survey of how committed they are. The mayoral office scored 22 per cent which is less than half of the average across Auckland Council. It's an embarrassment for a mayor who has tried to hold up his office as a model for the council. RNZ Auckland correspondent Todd Niall's been looking at the survey. He talks to Guyon Espiner.
