Why would Super Fund get involved in Auckland light rail?

From Morning Report, 8:20 am on 10 May 2018

Light Rail could be running in Auckland inside eight years, if the government's interest in using private finance comes to fruition. The project is now being thrown open for other companies to pitch for over the rest of this year. Auckland correspondent Todd Niall explains the details with Guyon Espiner.
