Major error in UK breast cancer screening forces inquiry

An urgent inquiry has been launched into England's breast cancer screening program after a computer error caused 500,000 women to miss routine checks resulting in the untimely death of hundreds of people. Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt said the mistake dated back to 2009, but was only identified in January this year. Correspondent in London Natalie Powell joins us to discuss the impact.
