Retailers unhappy with bank fees

Retailers are adding their voice to the chorus of criticism of the banking industry. The Financial Markets Authority and Reserve Bank have told banks to prove they're not behaving unethically. And the bank workers' union is calling for a royal commission to mirror the inquiry in Australia, which has revealed widespread misconduct among banks. Now New Zealand retailers are raising banking issues of their own. Greg Harford is Retail NZ's general manager for public affairs. He talks to Guyon Espiner.
