Govt to announce 'Amazon tax'

The government is set to announce what's been called the 'Amazon Tax' today, with the Prime Minister confirming to Morning Report GST will be added to overseas purchases. Greg Harford is the general manager of public affairs at Retail New Zealand and joins Guyon Espiner to discuss.
