The Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern and the Foreign Minister Winston Peters have been talking up the possibility of a Commonwealth trade agreement. The pair are arriving back in the country after a succesful week in Europe as part of the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting. Trade expert Charles Finny tells Guyon Espiner: "These things, if you give them time, may lead to exciting outcomes."
