How does Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei cater to iwi members?

Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei settled its Waitangi treaty claim close to 30 years ago and has built that up into an asset base of about $1 billion. Ngarimu Blair is a trustee of Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei says there's a lot of work to be done to connect with dispossessed iwi members. He talks to Guyon Espiner.
