Medicinal Cannabis Bill: 200 invited to change submissions

More than two hundred people have been asked if they would like to change their submissions on the government's medicinal cannabis bill, after they disclosed personal health issues or that they'd broken the law. The submissions will be searchable and there's nothing to stop employers using that information, or the Police from targetting the submitters in the future.
