Huge drop in youth crime rates, improvement still needed - Sio

New figures reveal a big drop in youth offending rates, with offending by young people aged between 14 and 16 dropping 63 per cent since 2010. But the degree of improvement has not been as significant for all groups, particularly Maori and Pasifika youth. Aupito William Sio is the Associate Minister of Justice.
