Is NZ ready for streaming sport events online?

From Morning Report, 7:21 am on 17 April 2018

New Zealanders are being told they better get used to the digital world of streaming TV shows. Spark has won the rights for the Rugby World Cup and only seven of the matches will be free to air on TVNZ - the rest will be screened via an app. But even as viewers grapple with the idea, TVNZ is copping flak for its coverage of the Commonwealth Games. Are New Zealanders lagging behind as broadcasters make the online switch and will they be able to catch up in time for the World Cup?
