Trump looks at rejoining Trans-Pacific Partnership

US President Donald Trump has ordered officials to look at whether the United States might re-join the Trans-Pacific Partnership. The move comes as Mr Trump escalates a trade war with China. Mr Trump met with senators and governors who suggested one way to get China's attention would be to do more business with the other nations in the Asia-Pacific region.
