Hubbard hopes for warm welcome at Commonwealth Games

One of New Zealand's brightest Commonwealth Games medal hopes faces a potentially hostile environment on the Gold Coast on Monday. A chorus of protest has swelled since Laurel Hubbard, formerly a successful male weightlifter, got the green light to compete in the women's event. And the 40-year old will have to summon all her mental strength to block out the interest surrounding her.
