As RNZ has been reporting for the past two weeks, hospital buildings at Middlemore Hospital are full of rot and dangerous mould, there are issues with asbestos, and raw sewage has been leaking into the walls.
New reports reveal problems with Middlemore's power supply, which is adding to the difficulties facing the South Auckland hospital that serves thousands of people.
The District Health Board says it became aware it had four badly leaking buildings between 2012 and 2013 - when National was in power.
