Kaikoura's SH1 back in business full-time

Kaikoura Mayor Winston Gray says the opening of State Highway 1 to traffic both day and night from next month is the best news the tourist town has had in a long time. The road has been open only during daylight hours while crews worked to repair the highway, which was badly damaged in the November 2016 quake. Mr Gray talks to Guyon Espiner.
