Labour's pointing the finger at National, saying the problem at Middlemore should have been addressed by the previous government. Health Minister David Clark declined to appear on the programme but on Thursday he blamed his National predecessors. Jonathan Coleman says he wasn't explicitly informed, but does not say any more than that.
