Russia's NZ ambassador says 'no motive' for Skripal attack
Russia's ambassador to New Zealand, Valery Tereshchenko, says the Salisbury attack was a well-planned provocation aimed at fanning an anti-Russian campaign. Susie Ferguson spoke to Mr Tereshchenko. He says there is no motive for Russia to carry out the attack - which has also injured one of their own citizens. He was speaking to us in Russian with his interpreter providing translation.
