Trump fires Tillerson without warning - US media

US President Trump has sacked his Secretary of State, Rex Tillerson, replacing him with the CIA director, Mike Pompeo. US media are reporting that Mr Tillerson hadn't been told in advance. Speaking to reporters as he prepared to board a helicopter, Mr Trump said he and Mr Tillerson had been discussing the issue for a while.
