Young Labour sexual assault claims - political analysis

The Prime Minister is standing by the general secretary of the party despite him taking "too long" to respond to sexual assaults at a Young Labour summer camp.

A 20-year-old man put his hands down the pants of four 16-year-olds, two boys and two girls at a party where alcohol was present.

Jacinda Ardern says there were clear failures in how the sexual assaults were handled. RNZ political editor Jane Patterson tells us the political management of the issue has been poor.
