Shallow 7.1 quake hits Papua New Guinea

Another magnitude 7-plus earthquake has hit Papua New Guinea. The 7.1 quake struck 135 km east of Rabaul. Ten days ago a magnitude 7.5 quake struck the rugged highlands of the country. RNZ Pacific's Johnny Blades joins us with the latest.
