Twenty-seven thousand hospital nurses throughout the country will begin voting today whether to approve a last-ditch pay deal or go on strike. Nurses are angry over short-staffing and low pay, and have already rejected one proposed deal from their employers. Now they're set to consider what's being called a final offer, and their union's told them if they don't like it, their only option is industrial action. Susie Ferguson talks to RNZ health correspondent Karen Brown.
