Vehicle restrictions on reoponed Takaka Hill to continue

Traffic is finally moving over the Takaka Hill rd, the only road in and out of Golden Bay, which was badly damaged by Cyclone Gita last week. There are signficant restrictions on the type of vehicles allowed on the road which is open for only two hours each day for the next week. Convoys began operating at 8am. Frank Porter is the Transport Agency's system manager. He tells Guyon Espiner they're giving a priority to freight.
