Reports are coming in of more gas attacks taking place in Syria. In eastern Ghouta, doctors say they're treating patients who have all the indications chlorine gas has been used against them. At least 346 people have been killed in the suburb since the Syrian government escalated their offensive on February 4. Guyon Espiner speaks with Emily Wither - a Reuters TV journalist based in Istanbul who says Syria was stripped of chemical weapons in 2013 but they found a loophole with chlorine.
