Churches must be in abuse inquiry - Philippines ambassador

The case of a globe-trotting paedophile priest has spurred the Philippines Ambassador to ask the New Zealand Government to expand its inquiry into child abuse. But so far, the Royal Commission into abuse in state care is looking to leave out any scrutinty of the Catholic church or other faith-based organisations. The Filipino ambassador says the case of Denis McAlinden shows why it's vital churches are included.
