New rift in America's Cup village plan

It's not clear how long it's going to take to conclude talks on an America's Cup village for Auckland, after a rift appeared yesterday between Team New Zealand on one side, and the government and Auckland Council on the other. The pair went public with a revised plan for team bases, saying it was cheaper and involved smaller wharf extensions - although the cost of both options has risen sharply. But the public unveiling has surprised Team New Zealand, which says it too has a new plan and it thought the talks were still ongoing. RNZ Auckland Correspondent Todd Niall has been trying to keep up and joins us with his analysis.
