Cyclone Gita: Tongans make shelters, wait for power, water

Two more flights are expected to arrive in Tonga on Thursday to help with the damage Cylone Gita has caused. Graham Kenna from Tonga's National Emergency Management Office says conditions are improving and, with more supplies coming in, things are looking up. He tells Susie Ferguson the hospital now has electricity, but most people are still waiting for power and water to run again.
