From Morning Report, 8:14 am on 14 February 2018

Bill English's resignation from Parliament opens up the race for who will succeed him as leader of the National Party. National MPs have just over two weeks to decide who'll take over the reins as Opposition leader, with contenders throwing their hats in the ring from Wednesday.
