80-year-old mechanic back in NZ for Toyota Racing Series

From Morning Report, 7:55 am on 9 February 2018

The Toyota Racing Series winds up this weekend with the New Zealand Grand Prix at Manfeild, and it is a big day for boy racers young and old. Most of the field of up-and-coming drivers from around the world are teenagers, but an exception will be the evergreen Aucklander Kenny Smith, who first won the Grand Prix 42 years ago and is back bidding for a fourth win at the age of 76. But he's hardly the oldest person in the thick of the action - keeping the Victory Motor Racing team's cars at peak performance is mechanic 80-year-old Mo Larsen.
