Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern starts her five day trip to Northland with a meeting with iwi leaders on Friday. Ms Ardern along with some of her cabinet ministers will hold a hui with the Iwi Chairs Forum and afterwards she'll meet with the Maori warderns, Northland mayors and members of the Maori womens welfare league. In Waitangi with the Prime Minister is Te Manu Korihi reporter Shannon Haunui-Thompson. She discusses the importance of the Ms Ardern's visit with Susie Ferguson.
