Court audiovisual links: Do they serve interests of justice?

The use of audio-visual technology in courts is growing but questions are being asked about whether it really serves the interests of justice. The technology allows those remanded in custody to "appear" in Court on a screen from the prison where they are being held. RNZ court reporter Ann Marie May takes a closer look.
