From Morning Report, 8:13 am on 26 January 2018

Trade Minister David Parker is playing down claims by the Real Estate Institute that people who inadvertantly sell their houses privately to foreigners could face huge fines. Trade Minister David Parker told Morning Report private sellers will not be penalised unless they are colluding with the foreign buyer.
