A former public health watchdog, Ron Paterson, will lead the just announced Inquiry into Mental Health and Addiction. The Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern says mental health services are stretched and it's not clear everyone is getting the help they need. The Government's not keen to wait too long for the answers - the inquiry has until the end of October 2018 to assess the situation and provide recommendations. Inquiry chair Ron Paterson joins Guyon Espiner to discuss the challenges he faces.
