Medicinal cannabis law 'half-baked' - critics

Critics say the government has delivered a half-baked medicinal cannabis scheme and many people will be disappointed. The government plans to establish a regulated medicinal cannabis industry, and will remove cannabidiol (CBD) from the schedule of controlled drugs - and terminally ill people will be able to possess and use illicit cannabis.
