Fisheries shake-up labelled a rebranding exercise

A shake-up of the Ministry for Primary Industries is being criticised for not going far enough to fix the country's fisheries. Last week a new organisation, Fisheries New Zealand was unveiled as a business unit of MPI to oversee the troubled sector, but some say it may end up repeating some of the mistakes made by its predecessor.
