'Be aware of your limits' - a warning for work parties

We're approaching the time of year for one of the great annual work institutions - the staff Christmas party. Researchers from Otago University have been studying work social functions and surveyed about 800 public and private sector employees and more than 200 employers from around the country. It found that the majority of people had no problem, however for a small but significant number - between 20 and 25 percent - festivities had gone south when staff over-indulged at the bar. Ian McAndrew from the Business School at Otago University led the study and joins us now.
