NZ kids tumble in reading ability levels

New Zealand's 10-year-olds have tumbled in an international test of reading ability. The Progress in International Reading Literacy Study says New Zealand was one of just 12 countries where reading scores fell. RNZ education correspondent John Gerritsen tells Guyon Espiner it puts New Zealand at 33 out of 50 countries.
