Poor communities feeling ignored, maligned - report

A report being launched at Parliament this morning says people in poor communities feel like they're ignored and maligned by those from outside. The Salvation Army's State of Our Communities report, was complied after interviews with more than 300 people in Papakura, Porirua and Linwood. The report's author, Ronji Tanielu, told reporter Kate Pereyra Garcia it's an up-close view of life in those neighbourhoods.
