Justice, victims advocates debate prison population cuts

Justice Minister Andrew Little wants to lower the number of prisoners by releasing more people on parole and granting bail to more suspected criminals. He says the prison population will rise by 50 percent within 10 years if nothing is done, and the government wants to reduce numbers by 30 percent. Tania Sawicki Mead is the director of justice reform organisation JustSpeak, and Ruth Money is an advocate for victims and their families. They join us to debate the issue.
