North Korean leader calls missile test 'impeccable'

North Korea's Kim Jong Un says the test of a new type of the ballistic missile that can reach the United States was 'impeccable'. Donald Trump's response: "We will take care of it". But Washington Correspondent Daniel Ryntjes told Philippa Tolley it's unlikely we'll see unilateral sanctions imposed.
