Goff proposes 6.2% rate rise, remove transport levy, add fuel tax

Phil Goff says he wants a 6.2 percent rates rise next year but he tells our Auckland Correspondent Todd Niall he's not going back on a campaign pledge to keep rates rises to 2.5 percent, saying he promised more for less and that's what he's delivering.
