Lawyer says NSW coroner's findings shows new low

A Sydney human rights lawyer says a coroner's findings show Australia is failing abjectly in its duty of care to New Zealand citizens it has locked up. A coroner investigating the death in custody of New Zealander Robert Peihopa has listed a raft of failures by authorities.
