Civil Defence to test alert on 2 million NZ phones

Don't be alarmed this weekend if you hear that sound coming from your phone. Civil Defence and Emergency Management is testing its new emergency alert system between 6pm and 7pm on Sunday. Last month many New Zealanders were woken up when test alerts were accidentally sent out in the early hours of the morning. Sarah Stuart-Black is the director of Civil Defence and joins us to explain what to expect.
