Labour eyeing local govt rates reform

There's been a lot of news about Aucklanders and their rates bills. But while they pay about $2,500 for a million dollar home, around the rest of the country owners of properties a fraction of the price are paying much more. Local Government Minister Nanaia Mahuta tells Mihingarangi Forbes the new government is looking at options for rates reform.
